The earthquake that occurred close was in the major earthquake zone in the US.

The earthquake happened Wednesday, November 03, 2010 at 01:56:56 AM at epicenter local Serbian time. The earthquake was 125 kilometers from Belgrade and could be felt hear.A family died during this earthquake, because there house wasn't earthquake proof.
The place was in Kraljevo. Much destruction was done their to schools and homes due to Earthquake safe housing. Unfortunately, this is often the case. Well written.
